Prof Nicholas Rider

Nicholas L Rider is a board-certified clinical immunologist and clinical informaticist. He has longstanding expertise in the clinical management of patients with complex immunologic disease and in clinical data science approaches for optimizing patient care. Dr Rider serves as a Professor in the Department of Health Systems & Implementation Science at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Additionally, he is an Associate Chief Medical Information Officer focused on research data operations at the Carilion Clinic.
