258 ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS 

Each congress, IPIC welcomes the submission of abstracts for original contributions to the field of clinical care of primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs). In 2025, the IPIC Scientific Committee approved record-breaking 258 Abstracts for Poster presentation, and among these, three poster winners. 

These three highest-scored posters will receive an award comprising a certificate and a grant, as well as the opportunity to present their posters in a dedicated congress session.

2ND PLACE: Dr Rohit Rajput for “Machine Learning-Driven Analysis of Epigenetic Signatures in Primary Immunodeficiency Disorders: Investigating Histone Modification Dynamics” 

3RD PLACE: Dr Daniele Canarutto for “Clinical Trial Design and Safety Profile of HDR-Edited CD4 T Cells for the Treatment of Hyper IgM1”

Guided Poster Walks 

A selection of the abstracts approved for poster presentation will also be featured during guided poster walks, moderated by specialists in the field. This offers attendees the chance to raise questions and engage in insightful discussions with fellow attendees. 

Each Guided Walk will feature posters from one of the following categories: 

  • Leveraging AI and Disruptive Technologies for Data-Driven Advances in PID Clinical Care

  • Diagnosis and newborn screening advances

  • Autoinflammation, autoimmunity and primary immune regulatory disorders (PIRDs)

  • PID Fundamental research (basic and translational research findings)

  • Life with PID – Insights and quality of life

  • Secondary immunodeficiencies

  • PID management of comorbidities and organ complications, including the liver

  • PID treatment advances (personalized treatments, targeted therapies, gene therapies, novelties in Ig replacement therapy,…)
