Hotel Charles Central

Next to Krizikova metro station in central Prague, the Charles Central offers en-suite rooms with satellite TV. Buffet breakfast is served every morning in the dining room, and it includes warm and cold dishes. Some of the rooms at the Charles Central have balconies. Private parking is also available for a fee, and Prague’s historic centre is 2 metro stops away. The hotel is surrounded by cafés, restaurants and galleries. Florenc Central Bus Station is 1 metro station or a 10-minute walk away.

Hotel Booking Conditions

Each reservation will be processed ONLY if accompanied by credit card details which are requested as a guaranteed. Credit card details are mandatory even when paying by bank transfer in order to guarantee your booking.

Make sure to reserve your room as soon as possible in order to take advantage of the special benefits available for IPIC2025 participants only.

The main nights booked at the hotels are the nights of 5th and 6th November 2025. All bookings that include pre and post nights are pending hotel confirmation.

Guarantee/payment of hotel reservation Cancellation Policy

Bookings are subject to availability and payments can be done by credit card and bank transfer. All rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include VAT, breakfast and city tax. 

To guarantee your reservation a total deposit is required. Please note that your credit card will be directly charged at the moment of transaction.

Bank transfer payments should be received between 4-6 working days after booking. 

After October 4th only payments by credit card will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International (ipic2025@aimgroup.eu) according to the following conditions:

– Until July 5th, 2025: Full refund

– Between July 5th until September 5th, 2023: 50% of total stay will be refunded

– From September 5th, 2023 onwards: 100% charge is applied / No refund

Kindly note that all approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the congress.
