Travel grants for junior doctors

IPOPI offers 20 travel grants to junior doctors who wish to attend IPIC2025 in Prague, Czech Republic.

Please submit your application at the latest June 1, 2025. 

Applicants should

  • Be practicing or have an interest in the PID/IEI field
  • Be based outside the Czech Republic
  • Be under 35 years old (please note that age is not an absolute exclusion criteria)
  • Preferably be submitting an abstract for poster presentation for IPIC2025 (abstract gradings will be considered)


Two grant amounts are available

  • 500 € for European participants (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City (Holy See).
  • 1000 € for international participants

How To Apply

Submit your application through the form, including a motivation letter describing how you would benefit from attending IPIC2025 and why you should receive a travel grant. 

The final decision will be made by the Organising Committee, and all applicants will be informed individually about the outcome of their application. 

The application deadline is June 1, 2025.
